COURSE DESCRIPTION
Empowered individuals deliver superior work performance. The Coaching Skills for Bridging Leaders (CSBL) introduces participants to the concepts and practice of one-on-one coaching in the practice of Bridging Leadership to help them bring out the best in the people that they work with. At the end of the two workshops and the guided practicum period, they will be equipped with the skills necessary to create and sustain meaningful coaching relationships with their target clients.
COURSE STRUCTURE
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Participants completing the workshop at the highest level of achievement shall be able to:
- Relate the Bridging Leadership Framework and other core concepts to their personal leadership coaching experiences;
- Internalize coaching as an indispensable leadership competency for enhancing personal effectiveness and professional performance; and,
- Practice coaching skills that can be deployed in various leadership situations
TARGET PARTICIPANTS
The Zuellig Family Foundation Institute for Health Leadership is offering the following courses and programs for interested organizations and agencies that want to enrol their key leaders and managers in continuing public health leadership and development programs. Ideal participants include unit heads, program managers, public health professionals, and development workers. A maximum of 25 participants will be allowed per class to ensure a productive learning environment.
